update

Madison enjoys going to gymnastics every Wed. She has met a few new friends and seems to really like all the different activities that Coach Rex challenges them with. She is going to be taking a two week break from it though because we are heading to Japan this coming Monday to see Aaron. We are both very excited about the trip although it is going to be a LONG one! We will be there for two weeks then will fly back to finish out our stay at Grandma's house. When we are not at gymnastics or the park (Madison thinks Grandma has the best job in the world because she gets to "play" at the park all day long with her friends) we are working on her school work. I have found the curriculum to a very good asset to her learning so I'm excited to keep it up. When we get back from Japan, Madison will pick up an extra gymnastics class along with swim lessons again. UWF has a heated pool so she is going to take a session this Oct./Nov. I think this will help keep us busy for the rest of the deployment!

As for myself, I have been exercising like crazy. Some days I feel like I live on the elliptical but I have been seeing amazing results so I'm excited to keep it up. That about sums it up :-) No really, between Madison's school and activities, working out and riding Shine I don't have much time left in the day.

Aaron is staying busy in Japan. He tell me his day is pretty much ground hog day every day. He gets up and goes to meetings and then goes flying. BUT at least he is land based and not on the boat. We are thankful for that!

I think that about sums it up!

Preschool

Madison started preschool today at home. I'm homeschooling her since we are in FL visiting family. Here are a few pictures of her on her first day. She was so excited about all of her new school stuff.
